Half Day Home Stage

Half day home staging is a combination of a consultation and partial staging. You will receive a detailed report as well as space planning solutions using your existing furniture. We will rearrange existing furniture to optimize space and bring in decor to create a cohesive design. Packages start at $1350 with the option of additional furniture rentals. 

Decor items included in half day staging:

• Optional bedding, you will purchase and keep any bedding used for occupied home staging.
• Towels
• Throw pillows and blankets
• Decorative items (vases, bowls, trays etc.)
• Florals,
• Art
• Dishes.

With half and full day staging, you have the option of renting additional furniture for the duration of your stage at a flat rate fee per month.

We request that you prepare by decluttering and depersonalizing areas we discuss during our walk through prior to your stage date. If decluttering or packing personal items is required by us, it is charged at an hourly rate of $125 per hour.

We offer repairs, paint and lighting at an additional cost. We encourage you to hire cleaners prior to listing, although this is optional, we highly recommend it.
