Sundays Design Package

Our full service design package includes:

A free consultation, we will discuss your space, your needs, and your desired look and functionality.

If you choose to move forward with us there will be a$1000 deposit upon signing our contract. After signing our contract you will recieve a detailed design plan with hyper links to products, floor plans and a total cost breakdown within 5 business days. This design plan offers up to 1100 sq/ft or 3 - 4 full rooms designed. We will source, order, set up and style your space. Your design will be based off of your personal budget. For a design of this size our recommended budget is $10,000 - $15,000 including our fees. We offer one revision to the design plan, if you choose not to move forward with us, a fee of $250 will be charged and you will be refunded the remaining balance.

Terms:

There is a $1000 deposit required upon signing our contract to begin the design process. You are responsible for all cost of product during the design, you are responsible for providing the funds or you have the option to order everything yourself. All receipts are kept and calculated, we will always aim to go under budget and refund you the difference.
