Design Consultation

Join me for an over the phone consultation, this is where the planning begins. During your consultation we will discuss the space (s) you are inquiring about, the functionality of the space, your budget, and your timeline. I will gather information to curate a design that suits your lifestyle, and needs. In some cases I will request to come see the space for better planning.

In preparation for your consultation please have:

Photos of the space (s) to be designed, the estimated square footage, and an ideal budget.

I may recommend paint, light fixtures, decluttering, or hardware changes in your home. If I feel this is necessary I will work it into your budget, or create an alternate design option that may exceed your desired budget, you will have the choice of which plan you proceed with. Gradual installation is an option if you are tackling multiple rooms and are working on a tighter budget.

Following your consultation you will receive a design package within 5 business days to review, with one revision to narrow down our options and perfect your space. A $25 fee for any additional revisions will be added. Once our designs are finalized you will be sent a contract to sign. A fee of 25% of your budget is required to begin purchasing furniture. From there I will handle the rest - purchasing, delivery, and installation. 

Full service Design fees:

I offer a flat rate of $1400 per floor (up to 1000 sq/ft) after 1000 sq/ft, an additional $50 per 100 sq/ft will be charged, or $500 per room. This rate will be included in your desired budget when design plans are drawn up.

E - design fees:

A flat rate of $350 for E - design (up to 1000 sq/ft) an additional $25 per 100 sq/ft will be charged. This includes one revision, for any additional revisions, a $25 fee is added. This includes a curated design plan within your budget, space planning and layout, and linked products for convenient shopping. E - design allows you to finish your space on your own time and is available in Canada and the US.

A non-refundable $250 consultation fee is required to hold your spot and begin the design process, all charges after will be invoiced to you.
